CaseStatus file - csv file

List of all case numbers, showing their status in the care pathway

  • CaseReference: Case reference number
  • Status: if in treatment, completed or dropped out
  • Pathway: therapy stage (model on IAPT pathway): Assessment, Step 2 (medium), Step 3 (medium/severe), Step3+ (severe)


Appointments file. csv file

List all appointments and collected scores

The following are present for all cases:

  • APPTREF: Appointment reference
  • CASEREF: Case reference number
  • APPOINTMENT DATE: Appointment Date
  • ATTENDANCE: Appointment Status (2 = Cancelled late by patient (less than 48hours), 3 = Patient did not attend, 5 = Attended, 6 = Attended late)
  • CONTACTDURATION: Contact Duration (Clinical Time in minutes)
  • APPTYPE: Appointment Purpose (1= Assessment, 2=Treatment)
  • THERTYPE1: 03 if Case is “Step 2”, 07 if “Step 3” or “Step 3+”
  • PHQ9_SCORE: PHQ-9 Total Score
  • GAD7SCORE: GAD7 Score
  • WSASSCORE: W&SAS Score

The following may be present on a case-by-case basis:

  • AGORASCOREACC: Agoraphobia: Mobility Inventory Score (when accompanied)
  • AGORASCOREALONE: Agoraphobia: Mobility Inventory Score (when alone)
  • AGORASCORE: Agoraphobia Score
  • GENANXSCORE: Generalized Anxiety Disorder Penn State Worry Score
  • HEALTHANXSCORE: Health Anxiety Inventory Short Week Scale Score
  • OCDSCORE: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Inventory Score
  • PANICSCORE: Panic Disorder Severity Scale Score
  • PTSDSCORE: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Impact of Events Scale Revised Score
  • SOCPHOBIAINVSCORE: Social Phobia Inventory Score
  • SOCPHOBIASCORE: Social Phobia Score
  • SPECPHOBIASCORE: Specific Phobia Score

Appointment Transcript

  • Appointment: Begin of a transcript
  • Ref: Appointment Reference
  • CRef: Patient reference number (Case reference)
  • Date: Appointment date
  • Len: Appointment length in minutes (either 30 or 60)
  • M: Start of a message
  • T: time of the message (date and time)
  • U: user identification, i.e. who wrote the message (Agent: Therapist, Client: patient)
  • S: message text (can be several sentences long).
